Northern Alberta could easily be called the middle of nowhere, but in this vast region lies some of the richest forest and lakes on the continent.

It's in this place, on the edge of beautiful Moose Lake, from August 21-24, that a group of teenagers and young adults are about to gather to seek God.  During those three days in August, the forest will echo with the sounds of music, passionate prayer, new friends, and intense fun.

We really hope you'll join us.  The only catch is, you'll likely never be the same again.

What To Expect

amazing activities

From the beach to the field, the cabins to the chapel, there are going to be a ton of fun things to do this year! We have plans for sunny days and rainy days alike, so come expecting to have a blast and make new friends along the way.

encounters with GOD

Youth camp is so much more than food, fun, and friends. While these things are great, there is nothing greater than encountering a real God in a real way. Every night we will gather to worship God through music, impactful messages, digging into His Word, and powerful ministry times. Every year, lives are forever changed in these times, so come expecting God to show up in a big way!

building relationship

Whether you don’t know anyone yet, or you feel like you know everyone but don’t have any real depth to those relationships, youth camp is an amazing time to develop life-long friendships. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is included! We aim to have an environment where the love of Jesus is at the forefront and everyone is able to fit right in and have fun together. You’d be amazed how a few days at camp can build life-long bonds!

Guidelines For Campers

Cell Phone Policy

Should you feel the need to bring a cell phone to camp, you may do so, knowing that you are fully responsible and liable for loss or damages.  Upon arrival to the camp, all campers are required to turn off their cell phones and submit them to our camp staff. Phones will be securely stored.  We will provide a short daily supervised device time during each day.  Device time is solely intended for short communication.  Any other use of a cell phone during this time will lead to device confiscation until the end of the camp. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Photographs

To help share all the great camp memories, we will provide you with a post camp photo sharing link to view photos from camp, at no cost.  We cannot guarantee the number and quality of photos involving your child.

Bible

We realize the some of you use a Bible App on your phone.  For the 3 days of camp, we ask you to bring a physical Bible with you.  If you do not have one, we will provide you with one.

Appropriate Attire

We are a Christian camp and expect campers and staff to wear appropriately modest clothing. Campers not following these guidelines will be asked to change clothes.

Tops: Shirts should not display inappropriate language or innuendos. Tops are to cover the midriff and no cleavage should be visible. No halter or strapless tops are permitted.

Bottoms: For females, shorts are to be at an appropriate length, the shortest being mid-thigh. Tight fitting clothes such as spandex, leggings, tights, etc. should not be worn without another piece of clothing that covers to the mid-thigh. For males, clothing needs to be up to the hip, no underwear should be seen.

Swim Wear: Girls should wear a one piece bathing suit. If a two piece bathing suit is worn, the top piece must clearly and reasonably overlap with the bottom piece.  If a two piece suit doesn't meet this standard, the camper will be asked to wear a dark-coloured t-shirt over top of the bathing suit. Boys must wear loose-fitting swim trunks with appropriate designs on them (no inappropriate language or innuendo).
